The Diversity Factory GmbH makes social diversity tangible and understandable. They offer interactive e-learning solutions for companies that want to learn more about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging - DEIB for short. Because increased DEIB in the workplace has been proven to foster growth, innovation, employee satisfaction, and retention, while also opening up new markets. The overarching goal of the company is to democratize the job market and simultaneously strengthen the German economy.
The idea originated in late 2022 when Max was conducting further training for the management team at a large company, and the CEO said, "That's all well and good, but how do I get this knowledge to my 800 employees here at the site?" The solution is a low-threshold, interactive, engaging e-learning offering with a "binge-watch" character. The founders are currently working on this and have already produced the first three out of a total of 12 asynchronous modules. In addition, they are launching their 2nd Diversity Masterclass in February, an 8-week training program with weekly live webinars.
