WtW zum Thema "KI: Heilsbringer oder Sargnagel für Human Resource Management?"

Automatisierung der Arbeitswelt durch KI schürt Ängste, macht Hoffnung und wirft Fragen auf. Damit der technologische Wandel für eine (Leistungs-)Gesellschaft gelingen kann, muss auch die psychologische Forschung zu Wort kommen.

Am 05. April 2022 geben Forschende der HU-Berlin in zwei digitalen Impulsvorträgen einen Einblick in das Thema Chancen und Risiken der Künstlichen Intelligenz in der Arbeitswelt und insbesondere im Personalmanagement. Abschließend werden in einer Q&A-Session die Potenziale und Grenzen von KI-basierten Lösungen im Human Resource Management kritisch diskutiert.
