The Deep Tech Award celebrated its tenth anniversary on July 2, 2025, and among the honorees was health-tech startup Noah Labs, which received recognition in the “Artificial Intelligence” category. This made it one of five Berlin-based companies acknowledged by the Senate Department for their outstanding innovation, practical application, high technological standards, and social relevance.

Noah Labs’ products, “Noah Labs Ark” and “Noah Labs Vox,” are revolutionizing the care of patients with chronic heart conditions, significantly reducing mortality rates. On our blog, you’ll find an article taking a closer look at this promising company: https://humboldt-innovation.de/insights/en/hilights-en/determining-hear…

In addition to Noah Labs, Kipu Quantum (“Photonics and Quantum Technologies”), DiAvEn (“Robotics”), PRAMOMOLECULAR (“Sustainable & Social Impact”), and AFTS (“Web3 – DLT, Blockchain, NFT & Metaverse”) also received a Deep Tech Award, each accompanied by a €10,000 prize.
