Forum Junge Spitzenforscher

Das Forum Junge Spitzenforscher findet 2020 zum siebten Mal statt. Der Wissenschaftswettbewerb richtet sich an den wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs der Berliner Hochschullandschaft und lobt Preise von insg. 30.000 EUR für praxisrelevante Ideen, basierend auf der exzellenten Forschung der Nachwuchswissenschaftler*innen, aus.

Das diesjährige Thema, zu dem Bewerbungen eingereicht werden können, lautet „Künstliche Intelligenz“. Das Thema ist weit gefasst: Von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen im Rahmen des Industrie 4.0-Trends, Routen- und Verkehrsplanung, Gesundheitsversorgung bis hin ins tägliche Leben jedes Einzelnen als Smart Home/Smart Living, in Smart Devices und in Sozialen Netzwerken oder der Freizeitgestaltung. Genauso gefragt sind praktische Ideen zu (Daten-) Sicherheit und Informationsethik.

Bewerben können sich Nachwuchsforschende der Berliner Hochschullandschaft. Die Abschlussveranstaltung findet am 18. November 2020 statt. Weitere Infos zu den Bewerbungsunterlagen und -fristen können zeitnah auf www.forumjungespitzenforscher.de abgerufen werden.

  • Humboldt University and quantumReality extend their Research Collaboration in Electrochemistry

    The new project will further expand the existing collaboration in the field of AI-driven electrochemistry research. Following a successful pilot project in 2025, the company is continuing to invest in the research conducted by the “Hybrid Devices” research group, led by Prof. Dr. Emil List-Kratochvil at the Center for the Science of Materials Berlin at HU.
