Attendance management

Registration management for your event is handled via the Converia conference software.

We take care of the following for you:

• Preparation and setup of the registration tool
• Receipt, verification and confirmation of online registrations, dispatch of automatically generated invoices, payment confirmations and, if necessary, up to three reminders.
• Opening the project account and collecting participant fees by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), bank transfer and/or PayPal; continuous monitoring of fee receipts.
• Recording of expenditure: Invoices can be paid directly from the funds received, as well as ensuring the correct management and accurate accounting of all income, expenditure and balances vis-à-vis the university.
• Provision of a login for the client to view the backend at any time, as well as the list of participants.
• Issuing of participant certificates.
