The many advantages of mobile market research prompted the company to focus on smartphone technology: In comparison to traditional forms of survey, a survey via biopinio scores points with factors such as independence of time and place, high participation rates, fast response and cost advantages. The answers also have a higher degree of authenticity and precision, as organic consumers can be asked about their behaviour directly when they buy or at the time of actual consumption.
