For our team in the heart of Berlin, we are looking for a dedicated addition to our Office Management team – someone who enjoys working with digital tools and is open to AI-driven processes.

Office Manager / Team Assistant – Part-time (m/f/d)
25-30 hours per week, initially limited to 2 years with the option of permanent employment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent management of the entire back and front office.
  • Local presence: Creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering opportunities for interaction and team cohesion – regardless of the respective workplace.
  • Organization of legally required internal training sessions. 
  • Participation in the occupational health and safety team, preferably as a first aid and fire safety officer.
  • Planning and execution of team and company events.
  • Point of contact for external service providers (e.g., IT).
  • Administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Support for the finance team in preparatory accounting.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training and/or professional experience in a similar position.
  • An open, dynamic personality.
  • A friendly, confident demeanor toward employees, partners, and service providers.
  • A structured and result-oriented way of working, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent German and good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. 
  • Interest in IT and digitalization.
  • High digital affinity, ideally with experience using AI tools.
