Humboldt-Innovation supports researchers and clients in the efficient and unbureaucratic implementation of projects.. Forscher*innen der University may receive a research allowance of up to EUR 20,000 per year for contract research projects. Please contact the Research-Service team at any time.
Project Preparation
- Budget and personnel cost calculation including the provision of a calculation aid
- Assistance in negotiations and confidentiality agreements
- Preparation and examination of offers
- Preparation and review of contracts and conclusion of contracts (Humboldt-Innovation is the legal contracting partner)
- Establishment of a project account and notification of third-party funds to the HU
Project Management
- Employment of project-related staff
- Payroll accounting
- Procurement of material resources
- Accounting and receivables management
- Contract Management
- Online reporting on financial status
Project Completion
- Settlement of the use of resources with the university
- Possible remaining funds are available for the initiation of new projects
- Evaluation of the project (including feedback from the client)
