Retrac is a cloud-based furniture and inventory management software for property managers, student housing operators and the hotel industry. Using a QR code attached to each item, companies have an overview of their inventory and its location at any time. In addition, damages can be reported in our app and assigned to users/tenants - similar to rental cars from Sixt or similar. Our application enables damage documentation via photos and the commissioning of repairs or other measures directly from the Retrac app.
Staff and management are also provided with desktop access, where a transparent overview of costs, damages and tasks is summarized in the form of a dashboard. For recurring tasks, automatically triggered steps can be defined to save time and costs in management and maintenance.
