Fitanalytics develops a software with which 19 body measurements of a person can be determined exactly by an automated process with the help of a commercial webcam. The solution can be integrated in websites (online version) as well as in stationary stores (offline version).
The entire measurement process by the commercially available webcam takes only a few minutes for the user. It can be carried out at home or in the store and is therefore much faster and more comfortable than traditional measuring.
The recorded body measurements can be used in many different ways and create added value, for example for mass customizing in the clothing industry. But also size recommendations for the end customer based on matching processes with clothing sizes and avatar creation by the user, who can then try out different clothing combinations on the screen, will be possible.
